William says – My real estate career began in 2004, first, with the commercial brokerage and developer, Soho Properties, and then six-years at Douglas Elliman’s 17th Street office selling Manhattan residential co-ops and condos. I founded Evans & Nye in 2010, naming it as a Valentine for my Grandmothers.
I am a Licensed Broker in New York and New Jersey, and a proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York and Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. I hold degrees in Political Economy from Southwestern University and an MBA in Real Estate Asset Management from New York University.
Avi joined in 2014.
Avi says – My career in real estate started as a property owner and investor, and before becoming a licensed salesperson, I worked for nearly two decades in finance, sales, and management for a major international bank.
I am also a proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York, who holds an MBA from New York University, and I once served as the treasurer of my +180 unit coop board.
Whitney joined in 2010.
Whitney says – My career in real estate started as a director of retail and events for Open House more than twelve years ago. During that time, I completed a Studio Arts degree from New York University and a Masters of Design and Architecture from Parsons School of Design. You may also know me as the owner of Hydra-Projects, my design and project management company.
I am also a proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
